The Historic Colisuem was announced as one of Finance & Commerce’s Top Projects of 2024. This project on Lake Street in Minneapolis was a transformative renovation aimed at fostering generational wealth and opportunity for BIPOC small business owners. This 85,000 SF historic building, which sustained significant damage during the social upheaval in 2020, was revitalized to provide 25 affordable rental spaces for BIPOC business owners. The redevelopment included a restaurant affiliated with Du Nord, a hair salon, a barber shop, and an event center, continuing the building’s legacy of community support. SEE MORE!
