Refurbished Historical Clifton Place

Watson-Forsberg partnered with 180 Degrees on the renovation of Clifton Place, a historic, three-story transitional housing facility in Minneapolis that remained occupied throughout construction. The nearly 12,000 SF residence supports men re-entering society, providing a safe, stable environment as they rebuild their lives.

The phased remodel included refreshed unit finishes, a fully renovated kitchen, updated bathrooms, and new amenities like a fitness room, laundry center, and community gathering space. We also improved energy efficiency with new windows and completed critical infrastructure upgrades, including a new boiler, mechanical updates, and a backup generator.
