Northrup King Building: Housing Artists in Northeast Minneapolis

We look forward to working with Artspace on the Northrup King Building project to convert, “two vacant industrial buildings into 84 affordable artist apartments and a cultural center”. Though the artists have used this campus for years to set up their studios, this project will allow them to live here as well. We are confident this will have a large impact in the lives of the artists as well as serving as a great benefit to the community as a whole.
