A Refreshed Place of Fellowship

Located in St. Louis Park, MN, Union Congregational church is a historic pillar of the surrounding Elmwood neighborhood.

Watson-Forsberg oversaw the abatement of the existing building, moving and disconnecting utilities to demolish a portion of the education wing. We constructed a new wall enclosing the remaining space. The newly remodeled space includes: offices, bathrooms, a coffee island, and a gathering space for parishioners. A LULA lift was added for ADA access to the lower level of the building.

We were happy to lead the renovation of the education wing into new gathering an administrative space. This kind of project is what we pride ourselves in. Watson-Forsberg will continue to assist communities and organizations to build something new and functional while holding on to the history and values that make them who they are.
