River Heights Apartments

Designed by LHB, River Heights Apartments is a 40-unit supportive housing community in St. Cloud, MN, offering stable housing for single adults facing homelessness. Situated near River Crest, a similar development from 2011, it features one-bedroom apartments with access to support services, community activities, and public transit. Completed in Spring 2023, Watson-Forsberg provided preconstruction and general contracting services, working closely with the City of St.Cloud, City Center Housing, LHB, and key stakeholders to successfully deliver a much-needed housing solution for the community.
