North Minneapolis Creative Hub

Designed by 4RM+ULA Architects, our team completed the renovation of two existing buildings (13,976 SF) and constructed a 15,333 SF, three-story non-combustible structure with a full basement for Juxtaposition Arts Center in Minneapolis, located on N. Emerson Avenue and West Broadway. This project was designed to support a growing creative workforce by providing an expanded youth art and design education center, a retail shop, event space, and artists’ studio space. The revitalized facility fosters creativity and community engagement, serving as a vibrant hub for the arts in North Minneapolis.
