Affordable Homeownership in the Heart of Minneapolis

Located in the North neighborhood of Minneapolis, this 17-unit townhome development brings affordable homeownership opportunities to families just minutes from downtown. In partnership with Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity and City of Lakes Community Land Trust, Watson-Forsberg served as the construction management partner for the new community.

Spanning three buildings and 30,970 square feet, the development includes a thoughtful mix of two-, three-, and four-bedroom units. Buildings one and two each feature seven units with tuck-under garages, while building three includes ADA-accessible homes, reflecting a commitment to inclusive, family-focused design.

Positioned near Theodore Wirth Parkway, Bryn Mawr Meadows Park, and local shops on Glenwood Avenue, the homes offer energy-efficient living in a highly walkable and connected location. While Watson-Forsberg led the majority of construction, Twin Cities Habitat volunteers supported the interior finishing touches, reinforcing the spirit of community collaboration behind the project.
