Crest Apartments I & II

Serving as the General Contractor for this phased project delivery, Watson-Forsberg, partnering with BKV Group, helped support Aeon’s vision for affordable housing in the Brooklyn Center area. This blended project of renovation and new construction included the remodel of 123 existing units and the addition of 48 new units, totaling 171 residences across 161,565 square feet. Completed in 2023, the development enhanced livability with upgraded amenities, outdoor patio spaces, and direct access to the Shingle Creek Region Trail and Centennial Park. The Crest now offers residents a renewed, connected living experience in a vibrant and accessible community.
