Commons @ Penn (Phase One) has made an incredible impact and we know Phase Two (Penn Avenue Union) will do just the same. With the improvements from Phase One: an increase in some of the residential windows and the goal to, “Make affordable housing units that look anything but.” -Jamil Ford (Mobilize Design and Architecture) we know this new, affordable housing will greatly affect the residents and the community they live in.
