Neighborhood Development Center Buildout

• Buildout of the NDC Entrepreneur Training Center completed in 2022
• Additions to building completed in 2024
• 11,000 SF, 4 Floors

The addition of the NDC’s Entrepreneur Training Center included new interior office finishes: polished concrete, metal fabrications, doors, frames, hardware, interior steel-stud walls, insulation, gypsum board assemblies, floor finishes (including terazzo), painting, ACT ceiling, painting, casework, countertops, fire protection, plumbing, and HVAC/electrical work.

The new offices give the organization focused space to invest in small business owners, feeding back into the community for many years of continued flourishing and impact.
