Great River Landing is an apartment building providing housing for 72 formerly incarcerated men in the gentrified north loop of Downtown Minneapolis.

• 48 units: 40 efficiency, 8 four-bedroom community suites

• Exceeded MBE subcontracting goals

• New building with underground parking, one story of precast and 4 stories of wood framing
