Watson-Forsberg has built and renovated many senior housing facilities in the Midwest. Senior care projects have included independent living, assisted living, nursing homes, memory care units and HUD 202 housing.

Recent projects include Crest View on 42nd, Walker on Lyndale, Auburn West, North Gables, Columbia Village at Crest View, South St. Paul Seniors Housing and Lakeville Senior Housing.

In building senior housing projects, we embrace the philosophy that the general contractor is not hired to simply build the building, but rather to make a significant contribution throughout the entire initial planning, preconstruction, design, financing and construction phases of these extremely complex projects.
