![]() Rediscover the Value of TraditionIn the 1920's civil engineer Fred Watson, Sr. and architect Enock Forsberg began independent construction careers building a sturdy foundation for Watson-Forsberg. The sons of these men, Fredrick Watson and John Forsberg, expanded the construction operation into a major Twin Cities based building contractor in the 1950's through the 1970's. In 1970 John Forsberg and Doug Watson continued to emphasize quality work, efficient scheduling, realistic budgeting, personal service and environmentally conscious construction. The business succeeded with many repeat relationships. The next generation continued to carry forward the traditions in the 1970's when Dale Forsberg and Donna Lucero joined Watson-Forsberg. Dale Forsberg became President, Mike Ashmore, Vice President and David Forsberg, Secretary in 1993. Paul Kolias became a Vice President in 2007. Watson-Forsberg takes pride in the many team relationships we have participated in -- helping maximize the efficiency of the construction process and resulting in quality projects built for generations to come.
