Building Under Construction

Watson-Forsberg has the following project under construction. -- The Wellstone is part of the multi-phased Gateway development that features approximately 275 new and rehabilitated units at the Franklin- Portland intersection, more than one half of which are affordable to low-income families. The project is located on a revitalizing commercial and transit corridor and, along with adding much-needed housing, will help rebuild a neighborhood and enhance the public perception of the surrounding community.
