Liberty Frozen Custard is an example of a redevelopment and extensive renovation of a small commercial building into an award winning restaurant. Original porcelain metal panels were discovered under fake brick work. All panels were cataloged and used throughout the design and build. With it's back to the 60's appeal near Minnehaha Parkway, the renovation won the Best in Real Estate Award, 2005.
